THE 2016 GHANAIAN ELECTIONS(Part 1)

I have been following the U.S elections with keen interest. Donald Trump is someone I find very interesting indeed. Despite his utterance and negative publicity people still support and vote for him. He is on his way to clinching the Republican nomination for the 2016 U.S elections.

Now lets come back home and monitor what is going on here. I am very disappointed with what is going on. the president is using his incumbency to skew the elections in his favor. Though it doesn't surprise me, that doesn't mean it is right. Past governments have done similar to their opponents. Politics in Ghana is turning out to be nasty indeed.

I support the view that Ghana needs a two party system like that in the U.S. Both parties must be supported by the state so we could have a free and fair election. Elections in Ghana are not that expensive if you are to compare that to the American elections. There is no cost to having a peaceful elections. If we can pay for it, why not. lets do it.

God help our homeland Ghana.
